I already registered for the congress. Am I automatically registered for the virtual event?

Yes, you are automatically registered for the virtual congress. 

If you have paid your registration fee as an on-site participant, the delegate services have already reimbursed the excess sum to you. If you have not paid your registration fee yet, the Congress delegate services sent you an updated invoice with the virtual congress participation fee. If you cannot find the invoice, please contact us at

I haven't received an invoice/a confirmation letter for my registration.

Sometimes the system malfunctions and will not send out the invoice/confirmation letter. If you haven't received yours within one hour of registering, please contact our delegate services. Before pressing the "Register" button, please double-check your e-mail address for any mistakes.

I need to make some changes to the invoice.

Please contact our Congress delegate services, they will gladly make the necessary changes and send you an updated invoice.

My organisation is taking longer than expected to pay my invoice and I'm worried my registration will be cancelled.

We will not cancel any registrations before contacting the delegates beforehand. If you are worried you won't be able to make the payment in time, please contact our Congress delegate services and they will extend the deadline for you.

If I wish to cancel my registration, will I receive a refund?

What do I need to participate in the virtual congress?

To participate in the virtual congress, you need a good internet connection, a computer or mobile device, and valid registration. The Worksup virtual conference app will open in your browser, you don't need to download anything. You will receive login details a week before the congress.

I haven't participated in a virtual congress before, where do I get the information on how to log in to the system?

The Delegate Services will send out a detailed information letter before the congress about how to use Worksup. You will receive the e-mail one week before the event, this way you have a whole week to explore the system before the event goes live. One day before the event we will send the necessary log-in information and links again. If you have not received anything, please contact the Delegate Services.

How can I ask questions at the virtual congress?

Each presentation will have its own Q&A board to ask questions from the speakers. You can post questions, see other participants' questions and upvote the questions you like most! You can also ask live questions. Instructions and links are included in the participant information letter.

What if I am not available during the virtual congress dates?

The content will be available on-demand for one month after the congress, for all registered participants. All sessions will be recorded and released within a week after the end of the conference. If you are an author who has been confirmed to give an oral or a poster presentation, you will have the chance to pre-record your presentation.

My abstract was accepted. How do I make the presentation?

All authors of oral and poster presentations received detailed guidelines on the technical aspects from the Delegate Services. If you have not received yours, please send an e-mail to

Will I receive a certificate of participation?

Yes, all registered participants will receive a printable PDF certificate of participation. We will send the link to where you can download your certificate within a week after the end of the conference

Are there any communication opportunities during the virtual congress?

Yes, fill in your profile and network with all other participants! 

How can I watch the recordings of the conference on-demand?

The Delegate Services will send you a link with information about how to watch the recordings within a week after the end of the congress. You will then have a month to watch any videos.

What is the conference working language?

The conference working language is English. However, simultaneous translation into Estonian is provided for keynote sessions and the first parallel session on both days. Please note that the translations are not recorded so presentations that are available for watching on-demand later are only original in English.

How can I see the poster presentations and vote for the best poster?

The poster presentations are available in the Worksup app. Just log in! You can vote on the same platform.
